Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a keen Customer Success Manager to join our global tech scale-up with a unique company culture and drive our success, supported by investment capital and a great team of enthusiastic professionals. Will it be you?
Ideal fit
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
- Experience from a tech scale-up, ideally B2B SaaS business
- Proficiency working with sales tools for analytics, lead management, and reporting (CRM, pipeline, reporting…)
- Proficient in spoken and written English (C1) as you'll work with international clients daily
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and trends is a plus
- Team player that supports others, is empathetic and friendly
- Sense of ownership and pride in your team's performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Capable of driving projects from hypothesis to implementation and measurement
Job responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of B2B customers across different markets
- Lead quarterly business reviews and ensure smooth product adoption
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Manage renewals (monthly & annual) and identify upsell opportunities
- Proactively identify churn risks and work on retention strategies
- Act as the voice of the customer internally (product feedback, improvements)
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product (R&D), and Operations
- Support customers via calls, emails, and occasional troubleshooting
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor
